I’m Michelle Kirby... founder, mentor and multi-business owner with a passion for helping others build lives they don’t need a break from.

I’m a mum of three young adults and the proud owner of a successful talent agency that I’ve run for over a decade. Building that business taught me invaluable lessons about leadership, resilience and what it really takes to create long-term success...  all while raising a family and carving out time to enjoy life.

In 2024, I expanded my journey by launching a travel business alongside my agency. What started as a passion quickly became a powerful opportunity. I progressed to Director in Training while growing a supportive, ambitious team of like-minded individuals.

I’ve built my businesses around my family, my passions and the lifestyle I craved and now, my mission is to help other women do the same.
