I’m Michelle Kirby,

Co-founder, mentor, and multi-business owner with a passion for helping others create lives they love.

 

As a mum of three young adults and the owner of a successful talent agency for over a decade, I’ve proven that it is possible to build a business, raise a family, and travel the world. In 2024, I launched my travel business alongside my agency and quickly progressed to Director in Training, now proudly growing a thriving team of like-minded individuals.

 

Today, I help driven people—whether you’re a busy parent, a creative soul, or simply ready for something new—launch their own freedom-based travel businesses. My mission is to show you how to work smarter, not harder, so you can create income on your terms and live life with more adventure, flexibility, and purpose.
